Lake Arrowhead is a private community in Clinton County, Missouri, United States. It is officially part of the city of Lathrop. The community is located north of the city of Holt and south of the city of Lathrop and between the highways of * Interstate 35 on the east and * Route 33 on the west. The subdivision is operated and managed by the Lake Arrowhead Property Owners Association, consisting of ALL OWNERS in good standing. The owners in good standing elect a volunteer Board of Trustees. The subdivision has lakes, ponds, boating, fishing, beaches, swimming, picnic areas, camping lots, a community center, rentals, and residential homes. The association is not involved with the selling or rental of real estate or land development. The office is located in the community center building. There is no commercial development company active at the subdivision. There are 2058 total lots in the subdivision.
